You made an account just to comment on here that I'm weak and generally be negative, so it seems like you're not super interested in a conversation. But I'll still respond in good faith, because like I've said in a past blog, it's a good thing to try: https://medium.com/@ErikCieslewicz/learning-to-see-the-world-in-good-faith-3978dbe16ba3

You seem really concerned about the "privacy" of Jim's programs. I don't think you need to spend your time on the web being his keyboard champion; Jim's a grown man, he can speak for himself.

That said, while it might be possible to piece together the whole program based on what I wrote here, I can tell you to those of us that haven't read at least one 5/3/1 book, this likely reads like gibberish. Widowmaker. Second Set Last. Seventh Week Protocal. What?

Plus, I don't expect you to read everything I written, but I explicitly tell people to buy 5/3/1 Forever here: https://medium.com/@ErikCieslewicz/the-jaws-of-the-beast-a-year-of-5-3-1-forever-d161413ca99a

I also say there, as I do in most reviews, that I'm not a professional, nor even competitive lifter. So you can rag on my numbers if you like, but I'm a guy with a more than full time job, a family to raise and a home to take care of. I lift when I can in my spare time and that's the perspective I review from. So, my numbers are not great compared to a lot of folks, sure. But you just caught a snapshot of my progress from two years ago and decided to judge me entirely based on it. Everyone moves on their fitness journey at their own pace, we should encourage people to reach their goals, not tear them down because they couldn't lift as much as us as some point.

Lastly, yeah, I would not recommend this program (which I did run properly, I don't know how you get the impression I did not) because it was just incredibly tough on my body and didn't move my (pretty average) numbers. Why would I based on that experience?

Take care.

Hi. I make movies and lift weights. I write about the latter here.
