My third template since I started 5/3/1 in February, this one is not a popular or commonly known program at all. /u/PohangThunder on Reddit posted a template to /r/Fitness about three months ago and asked for feedback. The hivemind changed it up a bit and I ran what they decided at the end.
That is to say, this may have been a bad idea. The blind leading the blind is a common problem on weightlifting forums. But I was keeping the core, 5/3/1 and just fucking around with the assistance work, which Jim has said not to stress over much .
